Any Help with Falling to Sleep?

Hi. Im 14 in November, and I struggle to sleep.
I typcially fall asleep at around 1AM on a week day which means struggling to get up at 7:30AM.
Any tips on how to sleep better/more/faster?

Suggestion:

i would say relax and lay down. going to sleep is about slowing down your body and resting. if you watch tv b4 you sleep turn it down a little more. most ppl think a lot b4 they sleep just close your eyes and let your mind drift off dont let things dirstact you like your phone or ipod or even tv or computer.
