Suggestion:
try listening to slow songs with the volume turned down real low. try taking deep breathes and make sure every muscles in your body isn't moving. close your eyes, and clear your mind completely. (i know its hard to do if you have something big coming up the next day) but just try. if you have some chamomile or lavender mist, spray that in the air. if you aren't too sleepy, light some candles with a soothing scent. but don't forget to blow them out before you go to sleep. hope i helped
