Ways To Fall Asleep

Recently, I have been falling asleep at 9:30! Which is way too early, but I can't help it. By the way, I don't eat breakfast and I'm menstruating so I wonder if one or both of these things is causing fatigue. Also, which foods should I eat to get more energy? I often have a bad dreams and nightmares. This is due to being over tired in my case. I always drink warm milk in bed. Are there any other tips to falling asleep quicker? Any and all tips welcome! I broke my left pinky finger on the first bone up from my palm a year ago. The finger is healed, bone is still slightly odd shaped. I expected it to be from how bad the break was. Dr. said it seem to heal fine, might be slightly out of alignment. Problem is some nights (two times a week maybe) I will wake up and the finger is numb (asleep). Has anyone had this this problem?
