Suggestion:
i had this problem and went to a therapist about it. she reccomended a few excersizes for me to do but the one i found most effective was – whilst laying in your bed tense up all of your muscles, including clenching your fists, and then slowly loosen them. it gives the sensation of being rooted to the bed, like a tree rooted to the ground. try to empty your mind or try listening to some relaxing music or reading a book in dim light… good luck!
you could also try drinking herbal or decaffinated tea before bed, or looking into trying natural herbal sleeping tablets

I have been running a fairly loud fan in my bedroom every night for the past 30 years….all year round.
The "white noise" created by a fan is quite lulling. It never takes me more than 5 minutes to fall fast asleep.

Drink some warm milk before going to bed
Sex always does it for me…
