How Can I Fall Asleep Faster?

Every night so many stuff runs through my head that I'am not able to sleep and not able to get the right amount of sleep. That fact of me trying to clear my head only makes me think more. I wake up at 5:30 am every week, to get ready for school, so tired with bags under my eyes. That's why i try to go to sleep at 8:00 and it's not that I go to sleep too early, I just can't go to sleep at night. So if you guys have any tips for me please comment.

Suggestion:

Some mild exercise at bedtime often helps you to relax, unwind and switch off but not strenuous exercise.
