I read before I go to bed. It helps.
You could also try music, white noise or a light sleeping aid.
drugs. lots and lots and lots of drugs
take a sleeping pill
drink milk
listen to music
dance for a little bit then you will be tired

before bed, I spray some lavender spray… you can get some at Bath and Body works.. it helps settle the mind and it smells great…Then, I put a recording of the ocean on my cd player in my room… if you can sleep with noise it's very relaxing… then when I'm in bed I get as comfortable as I can and try to clear my mind of the day. Hope this helps
