How Can I Fall Asleep Faster?

I am 13 yrs old and i have some trouble falling asleep at night. i go to bed around 10 30 every night. i cant fall asleep so im tired for school the next day. any1 have some tips to help me fall asleep? i really need them. thanks

I assume you probably already tried many things to help you to go to sleep and turning the lights off and laying on your bed with your eyes closed is probably one of those things.

I say do of all that and rethink about a happy time or about your crush and I know you have one. Next thing you know, you'll wake up feeling better because you just spent the whole dream with the one you have the crush on:D

or u can masturbate.. lol jk u don't have to if u don't want u.(but i am recommending u to :-) )
but if u put a hot towel over your eyes.
relax all your muscles but tensing and releasing
think about a happy place or nothing at all
(optional) put on soothing music never! i repeat NEVER! count sheep! only keeps your mind active and awake
read a dictionary that will guarantee your sleep or just read a boring book or u can study for any upcoming test while laying in bed. that's pretty boring to me.
or drink warm milk or apple juice

A glass of milk really does help you sleep better.
Maybe thinking about stuff is stopping you from sleeping?
Try thinking about nothing, and having a blank mind.
Read a book / watch tv
