How Can I Go to Sleep Really Fast?

i REALLY need to know how to fall asleep QUICKLY! i always stay up really late on my bed and i cant get to sleep

Eat something like cookies or a banana.

Drink something hot.

Relax….. clear your mind….

Breath slowly and (even inhale hold your breath if it helps for about 3 seconds at a time).

Sleep in a comfortable position and environment if possible.

When I had issues with this, I would take a sleeping aid of some sort. Mainly Tylenol Nightime worked for me because it made me really sleepy, really fast. Of course, you shouldn't abuse medication, but I felt that it helped me become more productive. I only did it for a week, and finally got into a routine of sleeping earlier, but sometimes I have nights where I can't sleep so I take a Tylenol and let it help me go to bed.

Take a sleeping pill?

Melatonin or Benedryl takes about 20 minutes to work.
