Suggestion:
The amount of times i have heard this after someone has watched a horror film such as Paranormal activity, and then after today you will go onto watch horror films hehe thats the thing about them there addicting.
Professional basis, Think positive, dont let the thoughts take over otherwise the nightmares will come out.
Use a very POSITIVE smell such as Lavender etc. which is a nice aroma therapeutic method to sleeping.
Or if your real scared try thinking about how these things in this movie are all made up using special cameras and actors. Or read a positive book perhaps a childrens book which is just all about being happy etc. as its designed too. You will be ok
