How to Fall Asleep Faster at Night?!?

I having trouble fallin asleep at night and was wondering if there was anyway to help me fall asleep fast

Suggestion:

There are quite a few different possibilties.
Melatonin, for example, is a naturally occuring
chemical released in the brain which effects Mood.
It is known to be the chemical that helps us fall asleep
and is regularly available as a supplement.(pill form)

Besides supplements, stretching before bed along with a
decent amount of water to drink is also very good.
Regular exercise during ones day not too near bedtime is
also helpful.

Eating and drinking close to bedtime has left me Restless.
I suggest staying away from sugar and caffiene for a few
hours before bed.

I am not a doctor but all of this has helped me get to sleep.

Something that helps me fall asleep is listening to music, i like to listen to the radio not to loud and just doze off:) plus i usually have a good next day when i listen to music that night before(:

a nice stiff alcoholic drink will do the trick

I would take a nice long shower and drink some cold milk. I have problems falling asleep at night and I find that when I do this it helps. But I find that a lot of times the reason I can't sleep is because I have things on my mind. So then I'll normally ready something while eating some fruit. I mean anything from a magazine to a novel. This will help put your mind on other things so that you can relax.

Reading a book is a great way to fall asleep.

Warm milk, a small glass of wine, Melatonin, 5-HTP and Valerian are all supposed to help.
