How to Fix a Bleached Screen Printed Shirt? Please Help!?

I just bought this screen printed shirt that i absolutely love, but i fell asleep in it and must have sweated in my sleep because i think my acne controlling face lotion ran and bleached the collar and chest of the shirt. How can i fix this shirt? no i don't want to do bleach splatters or sow random things to it… that would look retarded…. is there a safe way to dye or bleach it? i would like to keep it one solid color…

Suggestion:

If you can find a matching permanent magic marker, you can color in the bleach marks.

Sometimes it's hard to match a color, tho. Black is easy. The other colors aren't so easy.

You'll need to touch up the mark once in a while….washing the shirt will lighten the permanent marker.
