i have a bit of a problem. i have to wake up at six in the morning to go to school, so i want to go to bed early. but every night i just cant make myself go to bed. ill usually start reading/ using the computer or whatever, and then before i know it, its like one o'clock. its so annoying! i want to start going to bed at ten, but i don't know how. any tips would be greatly appreciated

Suggestion:
Usually when I have this problem, I try laying in bed and closing my eyes and then thinking of my day. Or you can think of anything really, just take your mind off of trying to sleep. Don't think about it. Think about something that makes you happy or if you're religious, try praying. Usually this puts me to sleep really quickly. (: Hope you get to sleep on time soon!
