Sleep Paralysis Story?

. ok so for along time i have been feeling like im never alone and something or someone is following me, and its just not the thought of feeling anymore but seeing. a couple months ago it started to get worser, where as i was actually falling asleep loud disturbing whispers, would wake me back up instantly. i got so use to it i believe now after it getting stronger i have a gift:

it was 2 months ago when i was trying to go to sleep and all i remember before going to sleep was looking at my phone and it was 12:30.and i fell asleep. next i know. i wake up and i cant move, barely breathe, and some weight is sitting on top of me. thepart that freaked me more out was looking at my room door open, and my dark hall way, a black smoky figure stood by my door and was trying to tell me something in the most disturbing voice ever, and then something was putting me back to sleep while i was trying to fight it, but eventually it won. i woke bacc up but this time the figure wasnt saying anything but i was still frozen in bed. i was terrifide to tell anyone because i didnt know what they were going to tell me or say "im crazy".
so i did alot of research for a week and i found out its is probably sleep paralysis that im suffering from. well if anyone is exeriencing what i am or nearly close please write me back its urgent that i know!. thank you

Suggestion:

When I was a young teen, I used to have such paralysis encounters. It is a frightening experience to be unable to move your body. However, this usually happens when my mind is very active and my physical body is very tired. It is like a case of the body being knocked out while the mind is still very active. Anyway, one explanation is that when we sleep, our brain instructions to our body is temporarily disconnected. This is to prevent our body from acting out whatever is in our dreams, a kind of safety feature. Like a computer in sleep mode. To get back to the regular mode, you need to wake the system up. I have found a simple way to wake yourself up from this sleep mode or paralysis. Just keep taking deep breath to improve your blood, oxygen circulation. This will also calm yourself down, focus on your breathing and you will get out of the paralysis eventually. There is no need to panic, it is most likely a normal biologically phenomenon.
