Tablets Affecting Sleep?

I take an allergie tablet before bed to help me breath and prevent allergies, it also causes drowsiness's, im 14 would having something help me fall asleep be bad for my growth or anything because im not actually falling asleep naturally.

Suggestion:

Caffeine, alcohol and a lot of food late at night can keep you awake.

To sleep better you could try warm milk at night and exercising during the day.

Natural sleep aids include Melatonin, Valerian root and 5-HTP.
