Why do we snore?
Ever wonder what causes you to snore? Almost always, snoring is caused by a kind of blockage in your breathing pathway. There are many reasons that can cause this blockage. When your breathing passage is blocked, you will have difficulty breathing, breathing becomes irregular and not flowing smoothly like it’s suppose to. When that happens, it affects the soft tissues at your mouth area, causes vibrations and promotes snoring.

If you’re having trouble staying in that position, try placing a tennis ball into your back pocket when you sleep tonight, this way, you’ll be unable to turn.
