What are some not-so-obvious baby items you would never get rid of?

Well, I have those little hats they put on them when they're just born.
Also, my daughter has this little monkey she carries around who we started to call her "boyfriend" because she won't go ANYWHERE without it! I'll always save that little guy(:
When my son was around 7-8 months old and we started him on the meat foods, he would NOT eat it and was starting to spit it out when I got it in his mouth. So my partner at the time bought some of those silverwear for babies that have handles the shape of airplanes as a joke because you know how people go "VROOOM!" with the spoon to get the kid to eat it? Well, jokingly, I used them… and wouldn't cha know it the little broot actually ate! So from then on, that was how we got him to eat new foods. I'll never be able to get rid of them(:

I can't get rid of some newborn clothes my 15 month old used to wear.
I took really nice pictures of my daughter with some clothes when she was between 0-6 months old, some of them I am keeping them, because I just can't get rid of them lol..
I could get rid of all of them. Just the pictures are important, and they contain all those other things in them.
His little beanie they put on him right after being born. He looked so cute but it was too big for him. It kept slipping down over his eyes. Also, the "I'm a Boy!" card from his bassinet. It has his name, birth weight, length, feeding preference, and stuff. I will also save his stuffed animals and story books. I'm reading him the same books I had when I was little. I'm glad my mom saved them. I would save his crib mobile and big baby toys because I may plan on having more children someday, and I can reuse that stuff.
I've heard of people saving the placenta and freezing it. That's a little to weird for me, but to each his own.
Actually there is pretty much nothing out of the ordinary that I couldn't get rid of, we saved a favorite outfit, newspaper from the day they were born, wrist ids, and actually the cord stump since it took forever for my eldest's cord to come off (more then 3 weeks), but everything else is either in use, put away for future use, or taken to a resale shop.
The hat they put on her at the hospital. She quickly outgrew it, but it's still sitting on the shelf in her room with the rest of her hats.
The first stuffed animal she got attached to is currently sitting in her toy box. It's way at the bottom and is never touched, but it's still in there.
She also has this white and black stuffed cat that she carries around with her. I plan on keeping that even after she loses interest in it.
I'm also going to keep her blanky. It is like an extension of her hand right now so that's something I'll always hold on to.
Oh, and I also have the hospital infant robe they put her in during our night in the hospital. It's this ugly little white robe with the name of the hospital printed on the front, but I have it in the box of outfits I plan to keep
