What Do You Do When You Absolutely Cannot Sleep?
I can't sleep at all lately. i feel tired all the time, but i can't do anything about it. i don't fall asleep till like midnight, and i can't get up before 9:00 the next morning! this is so not normal for me, and it is creating a problem. I have been doing worse in school, so you can see why i need to fix this problem.i really need a no-fail-go-to-sleep-instantly cure, but it has to be natural. no sleeping pills. thank you for any advice you can give! no innapropriate or rude answers please. thank you.
Suggestion:
try meditation
yoga
ti-chi
lavander oil (studies show has the same effects as a benzo after 20 mins of exposure to it!)
no caffine in your diet
no chocolet
there is no 100% get you to sleep cure that is only with in you I do nightly meditations cause I could not sleep for more than 2 hours at a time after 2-3 weeks of learning body relaxation tech from toe to head I can sleep in about 20 mins and 6-9 hours !
