Suggestion:
They made SWAT win because Americans are watching this. You can see them do the testing, and they even say GSG9's sniper rifle does better than SWAT's sniper rifle, and in the aftermath, you can see that for some reason, SWAT got 66 more kills than GSG9 from their snipers.
The PSG is obviously better than the Remington 700, I think they rigged it.
