Why is My Body Shaking?

I laid down in my bed an hour ago and tried to sleep, but my left arm felt like it was falling asleep and then my right one did too. They didn't, but it felt like I was losing control of them. I dozed off for a second then instantly woke up and I felt completely full of energy, and now my arms and hands are shaking uncontrollably.

Does anyone know what is wrong with me? I'm not scared so I'm ruling out a panic attack, and there's nothing else bothering me. I'm 18, M, 280lbs, not too warm/cold. I feel a tad lightheaded (I think) and feel like I can't feel my hands right now and like my head is about to start shaking (or at least my teeth).

Today I was super stressed/depressed/angry about something, but I got over it hours ago. Only thing I ate was KFC 12 hours ago, then two small egg rolls and a meat patti about an hour and a half ago (weird, but we have nothing else and I don't want to eat much). Also for the past few weeks it feels as if there's been a lump in my throat, but there's nothing there at all.

If anyone could tell me if something is wrong or if it sounds like I have anything, please help me.

Suggestion:

Anxiety attack. Take a hot shower let it steam up take deep breathes drink a copy of water. You need more exercise to let your body release stress. Make sure your drinking 12 glasses of water a day as well that will help your throat problem.
