Ask yourself why you aren’t rich now, at this moment. You’ve decided you’re sick and tired of being, not necessarily poor, but not making the kind of money you’d like to make. Rustling up enough money to pay your monthly bills is becoming very old.
Now, I always like to keep a journal. I’m not the most assiduous journal keeper in the world. There are days when I don’t make an entry, but I do try, at least a few times a week, to list any progress I’ve made.
When you’re starting out with self-hypnosis, I feel this is necessary. It does help you to keep working away at it. The worst thing you can do is to start missing a day here and a day there. Very soon, you’ve forgotten all about it, and this is an awful shame.
Only by practicing daily, at whatever time of day you choose, will you ever make a difference in your life.
There are numerous reasons, any number really, why you’re not wealthy now. It could be because you’re bone idle, but if you were, you wouldn’t be reading this article. Obviously, you want to be wealthy, you’re a hard working person and you’ve tried very hard to make money on the Internet. I’m using the ‘Net as an example, since that’s where we are at the moment, but of course it could be in any field of endeavour.
Try to remember your early life. Your childhood, your formative years. How did your parents treat you? Were they supportive and encouraging, or dismissive and distant? Were you abused? What were your teachers like? Did they help you, or again were you more or less ignored, even when you did well?
The answer to questions of this nature can go a long way to showing you why you are what you are today. Those questions that I posed are only a tiny example of what events may have shaped your childhood. But dig back. Try and remember anything that may have had an adverse effect on you. Somewhere in the mists of memory, you should find the answer.
Depending on your present age, you’ve lived with this millstone around your neck for all this time, so don’t expect to change yourself overnight.
All right. Now’s the time to start your journal. I’d be tempted to head it; “Will Hypnosis Help Me Make Money?” Immediately beneath it in large red letters, write YES. That’s affirmative, not negative. No negativity must enter your journal in any way, shape or form.
Date your entry, and write something like; “I’m using hypnosis from now on to help me make make money.” Obviously, use your own words, but keep it positive. So you’ve answered the question, ‘will hypnosis help me make money?’ You’ve made your mind up, positively, that it will. There’s no turning back now.
The next thing to do is to think very carefully about how much money you want to make and to some extent this will be governed by what you intend to do with it once you’ve earned it. In other words, map out the life you really want to live.
But do give your list of the things you want very careful thought, much as you would if you were practicing the Law of Attraction, which really, in a way, you are. ‘New House, New Car, Lots of money,’ won’t cut it. You must see your new life as a whole.
Imagine, if you like, that you’re watching a movie, and you’re the star. Hypnosis will help you make money, but only if you treat the whole exercise responsibly
